What's the proposed license for the samples project, is it not
EDL?

Hi PMC,
We (Oracle) are working to prepare the sample projects
for contribution to Eclipse. These are:
- Java EE Samples
- GlassFish Samples
- Cargotracker
Each sample project is in its own repository. Our
contribution license will be BSD/EDL.
Which project shall we put these repositories to? We can
put everything into newly created Samples project or put
there only Java EE Samples and Cargotracker, and place
GlassFish Samples to GlassFish project. Opinions?
