Not answering questions is not really helpful when trying to build up trust. Maybe we should begin to roll differently so it gets easier for me to get volunteers into the boat. ;-)

It is not the policy of the Eclipse Foundation to document policies to document *everything*. Trust and good judgment are assumed. That's how we roll.
