I agree the alignment is very important. Hopefully this will be discussed soon, whatever the right venue for that discussion is.

I think its pretty clear to all of us that we do have to figure out how MicroProfile will align with EE4J in the future. Red Hat definitely understands that MicroProfile as a community will define how that alignment happens.
Mark, sure, as long as it's clear that the overall direction of Eclipse MicroProfile is up to that community as a whole. While various members have a say in its direction, anything that happens should be based on consensus.
John, please read the text in the context of the email subject-line.
That should answer your question with regards to every "we", "we'll"
in the text.
