I see you closed the issue requesting help for download setup.

Some projects appear to use php queries for their downloads. Is there some tooling or are there standard scripts in place that we should be using? OR, do we just provide direct links within our project folders? I understand this is up to the project -- but I'm trying to figure out what the "correct" target implementation ought to be.
