Thank you for joining the weekly EE4J Build Team meeting

Status updates:

• Tomas -- requests for Repo. creation for metro related projects. s/b ready at end of next week.
• Arindam -- waiting for code and dev-tests push to start working on GlassFish builds
  
• Dmitry -- CI/CD pipeline tasks. Looking into GH "boards" rather than Google sheet for tracking issues (e.g. here). Is going to ask Tomas and Markus to coordinate and present. Has requested feedback, but received none.

Asked Arindam to try following the wiki instructions that Dmitry created with a small project and validate the details Dmitry has provided on these wiki pages:

EE4J Specific Wiki instructions:

• How to release the first Eclipse version of projects
• JSONP release job

He, will find a suitable project to confirm these instructions are adequate or he will delegate someone from IDC.

Dmitry has agreed to provide a presentation about build and release process. He will work with Tomas, possibly Markus Karg, and possibly one of the Eclipse admins to finalize content. We may be able to schedule this at this weekly meeting -- next week or the week after. We will record this session and post the recording to YouTube so that community members can find and use it at their leisure.

Ed agreed to start adding GH repository links to Eclipse project pages.
