Notes from the EE4J Build team meeting this morning.
CI/CD progress
JSON P looks close to final CI/CD status. Will file an issue to
request final resource allocation from Eclipse. Should be
publishing soon -- Well done Tomas!
GlassFish builds still encountering resource allocation
problems. Have been working through issues with Eclipse support
-- making progress.
No progress with MQ or JMS builds.
Tomas' CI/CD HowTo is looking quite complete. Will continue to
be updated. Please review and post comments.

This is Oracle internal for now. When we know where to host
details like this. GlassFish team to publish similar notes as
things settle down.
Issue migration
Desire is to preserve issue ids. This is complicated because
Issues and PRs use the same number-space.
Desired features:
- Preserve issue IDs
- Create a "blank" issue for any PR. Provide a link back to
JavaEE GitHub repo.
- When issues are migrated -- provide a forward reference to
the new issue from Java EE GitHub Repo.
- Close the issue in Java EE GitHub issue.
May require custom modifications to do this. Original tools
won't take care of this. Open Source tools may be useful for
starting this.
