[edt-dev] EDT 0.8.0 Milestones Renumbered

In December we published a proposed milestone plan for EDT 0.8.0. It
showed Milestone 1 running through December, for defect backlog reduction,
and Milestone 2 beginning this week for new development. We are now
revising this schedule to combine M1 and M2. We did indeed fix a lot of
defects during December, but we have not had the resources available to
test, stabilize, and publish a milestone build. Instead, we will continue
to press forward with the first iteration of new development, stabilizing
as we go. Our first 0.8.0 milestone build is scheduled to be published on
(or soon after) January 27.
The subsequent milestones have been renumbered accordingly. So now the
plan looks like this:
