[eclipselink-users] EclipseLink Workbench

Hi,

   I moved sources of EclipseLink Workbench from the main EclipseLink 
repository to its own repository[1], so it should be easier to work with 
it/build/run and use it for those who needs it.

   For issue tracking, Eclipse Bugzilla is preferred but GitHub issue 
tracker, which is being found easier to use by many people, can be used 
as well.
