  All the completed features are available in the EclipseLink 1.1.0 builds. 
You can try either the latest milestone from here:

http://www.eclipse.org/eclipselink/downloads/milestones.php

  Or the latest nightly from here:

http://www.eclipse.org/eclipselink/downloads/nightly.php
