Hello Polly,

You will need to specify a prefix for each namespace you will be using in
your mappings (they do not need to match the prefixes from the schema).  The
declare option is not used by the Workbench, instead it is used by the
runtime.  If this namespace is used by the mappings then it should be marked
as declared.
