Re: [eclipselink-dev] Time to cut a new version of 2.7?

Hi Jody,

I published our internal notes to the GitHub Wiki
	https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/eclipselink/wiki/EclipseLink-Release-Steps
It's not final. There are some changes like https://jakarta.oss.sonatype.org/ is used now instead https://oss.sonatype.org/ and managed via Eclipse-CI Jenkins jobs.

Yeah, I saw that ASM has already updated to v9, I can tackle that update.

Is there any documentation for the process involved with cutting a release?  Not just the git-commit work that needs to be addressed, but a checklist for website, maven central publishing, etc?  If there is (or if someone is willing to mentor me through the process for the first time), then I can tackle cutting the release.

    Hello

Sorry, we are busy with EL 3.0.0 for Jakarta EE 9. Before 2.7.8 release we'd like upgrade ASM to 9.0, triage and merge some PRs and I am working now on fix for Bug 559307 - ECLIPSELINK ON ALL VERSIONS CAN DEAD-LOCK
