Hello all,

please have a look at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=469642
it allows some kind of 'fallback' logging when running on application 
server and there is a problem with server logger settings.

I'm using it to trace weaving on WLS where I was unable to see 
EclipseLink log output during deployment phase before PU setting are 
applied.
