I would like to nominate Praba Vijayaratnam as a new committer on the
EclipseLink Project.  Praba is a member of the QA team responsible for
ensuring the quality of EclipseLink.

Over the past few years, Praba has filed approximately 100 bugs, and
directly contributed fixes to about a dozen.  In addition to the direct
contributions, he has been involved in fixes to several more.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 32 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Praba Vijayaratnam must receive at least three +1s and no -1s
for a successful election.
