Hello,
As part of our Indigo release preparation we have to clean up our 
download server storage by archiving our old releases. The archive 
process, removes them from the "download.eclipse.org" location which is 
duplicated by the eclipse mirror sites, but they are still available for 
download (via the original links) from the archive site (basically they 
are still available, but not as widely, so access is potentially 
limited).  We routinely archive all milestones after the release/patch 
they were for is made available, and simply delete the respective 
nightly builds.
We currently have the following releases/patches available on the 
mirrors: 1.1.4, 2.0.2, 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, 2.2.0
Rather than archiving all these releases, I plan to archive all but 
2.1.3, 2.2.0.
If anyone knows of a reason I should keep one of the versions I intend 
on archiving available on the mirrors, let me know ASAP.
