Hello,

2.3 has been branched at revision 9504 (RC4).

I am currently in the process of updating trunk to version 2.4.0, and will announce when I have completed it. In the meantime CB's are disabled until the version changes are complete, at which time trunk will be open for check-ins.

2.3 is closed except by Peter and/or Doug's explicit approval until after the release.
