For some reason this didn't send yesterday...

The code from revision 9352 was merged as a new core fragment bundle (o.e.p.core.jpql) rather than having core adopt a new dependency upon Hermes (o.e.p.jpa.jpql). The build, and eclipse project was reviewed by Tom, but the project was later renamed. Tom reviewed the original code check-in as well.

The main build does not incorporate this bundle - that work is deferred until the parser switching mechanism proposal is reviewed.
