The design document has been updated.

Changes:

- Minor changes to Annotations used to configure extensions
- Changes to MetadataRepository from abstract class to interface, to the planned 
hierarchy and to the methods implemented
- Changes to weaving plans to allow more mapping types
- Move information about method weaving from ClassDescriptor to RelationalDescriptor
