Bug 332080 - DB Fields for relationship mappings are not translated in AggregateObjectMapping

Fix to AggregateObjectMapping translateFields to translate foreign reference mapping fields
Checked into trunk (2.2) r8681

Tests:
- Modified CommitOrderTest for clarity, readability and tweaks to enable new model classes
- Added 5 new tests to AggregateTestModel as a new suite, and associated model classes
