In both SimpleSerializeFetchGroupTests and
fieldaccess.SimpleSerializeFetchGroupTests added
copyWithPk and copyWithoutPk for bug 316242;
copyCascadePrivateParts for bug 316241.
Also fixed TransactionTests in
