[eclipselink-dev] New Incubator for Gemini JPA Work

As part of our work with the Gemini JPA project there will be some changes required to EclipseLink to address the standard OSGi approach for working with JPA. To allow this work to evolve and mature independently of our ongoing trunk (2.1 Helios) development we have proposed an incubator within the EclipseLink project.
