Updated the following dependencies to newer versions

javax.activation

Note: within Eclipse to get the benefit of the changes to the above, you will 
either need to update your project from orbit or update the bundles in your PDE 
environment

Updated manifests and bundle names for

javax.transaction
javax.persistence 2.0.0
