All,

The issue is that the "buildFailureList" script isn't running when 
called for some reason. I've spent a little time trying to resolve the 
issue, but without success, though I was certain I'd found the issue 
several times. While it isn't automated I was running it manually at 
need, as I have done again.

I will endeaver again to fix this this today. I will also make a change 
to the generated test results URL. Currently all emails point to the 
"Build Failure" site (which would refer you to the nightly build 
location if the results are there). I'm going to change the email 
generation so that nightly builds which compile refer to the nightly 
site for test results, while cb build emails (generated only on failure) 
refer to the build failure site.
