This "build" didn't really "fail" in the usual sense:
- The compile was clean, and it ran through the tests.
- The bits were created and published... mostly
- UploadToMaven failed due to a missing file, so the ANT build failed.

I have manually regenerated the nightly website so the bits can be 
downloaded... I'll talk to Peter about whether we need to fix the 
problem and run a full build again.
