Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=200045 has a patch 
attach'd to it; this patch does two things:
- creates a public API for EclipseLink Dynamic Persistence
- integrates it with the existing dynamic persistence solution used by DBWS

The review will examine separately the two areas.

NB - this is proposed for inclusion in EclipseLink 1.2
