Thanks - it works fine!
Is there any solution for such case also for unidirectional OneToOne (when attribute is defined in primary object, but FK in secondary table)?

@JoinColumn(name="CUST_ID" table="ADDRESS") // CUST_ID is join column in table Address
public Address getAddress() {return address;}

Yes @JoinColumn and no "mappedBy" marks the OneToMany as unidirectional.
