Hi,

I wanted you to be aware that I am building RC1 today. This was intended 
to be the release build, however, it seems that there may be an 
additional build. Long story short: Everything that is targeted for 
1.1.0, should be checked in for this build. To that end I'm sending this 
email.

I was planning on building at noon, but wanted to make sure that 
everyone had time to finalize any outstanding fix. Let me know if you 
are working on something for 1.1.0 that won't be ready for a noon build.
