I started a query hints design document to define the complete set of JPA query hints for EclipseLink's native query API.

I have encountered the need to add several of these in my benchmarking work, so thought I would define them all so the naming can be standardized. I'm not sure yet if I'll implement them all, or just the ones I currently need, but having the complete list should be useful to have.
