[eclipselink-dev] Storing original editable documents.

PDF format is great for publishing but our original editable docs should probably be available somewhere as well.  It would make it much easier for a committer to collaborate on a feature or pick up a existing feature and augment that feature.  I would recommend that we pick an open format like Open Document Format or require all of our documentation to be in the wiki only.
