Hi again — just a note to say that when you are adding comments to the declined talks, you don’t need to change the talk status to “Declined.” It’s better just to leave the status to whatever it was, usually “Unprocessed” at that point.

In fact, PC members should avoid changing the status of any submission, but use PC tags to mark talks as appropriate. The status of submissions is generally set by running scripts that update the status based on PC tags.

The nice thing about PC tags is that you don’t need to be in edit mode to add them — you just need to have PC or admin status.
