[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] summary and action items

Hey!

Here is a quick summary of todays call and a few action items.

- we decided to move Mark Reinholds Java9+10 talk to a key note on Thursday
- we have selected 42 talks for the program
Therefore the talk selection is done and final and all the selected talks are marked as “accept”.
This is great and it looks like everything is being put in place for the program.

Here are the remaining action items:

- please help with more rejection comments, there are still quite some left to be written (deadline is Tuesday evening)
- identify and tag talks for the waitlist (deadline is Tuesday evening)
- identify and tag talks for the extended talk slots
- go to http://doodle.com/dyi4dddfzvv8773b and mark which days work and which don’t for our next call (where we are going to chat about special activities at EclipseCon, like Hackathons, etc.)
