Hey!

Thank you all again for working on the program for EclipseCon NA 2015 and for joining our long call yesterday.
I think we made great progress and are almost there.

The final steps that are ahead of us are:

- go through the list of talks that are not tagged as “accept”.
- identify important talks that you really would like to have in the program
- tag those talks with “shortlist”

BUT: for each “shortlist” tag, you have to identify another talk you would like to kick out of the program (in exchange for your shortlisted talk).
For each talk that you tag with “shortlist”, send a note to the mailing list and tell us why you really would like to have this talk in the program and what other talk you would reject instead.

We will walk through the final polishing during our next and final call on Monday (Dec 1).
