After not getting much feedback on the proposed call schedule, I assume that this works for everybody… ;-)
That is great!!!
In addition to those two major calls, I would like to add a third one on Nov 20 (Thu) to get the tutorial selection done.
That would mean:
The final deadline is Nov 17 (Mon).
Call on Nov 20 (Thu):
Tutorial selection, please have your votes done for all the tutorial submissions.
Approximately: 2h
Call on Nov 24 (Mon):
This will be our major call and might take three hours or so. We will go through the list of talks, look at the votes and the talks that would get accepted if we sort by avg. votes, and discuss this list (as Ian mentioned). Please make sure you can make this call. We can’t have that later that week (due to an event on Tuesday and Thanksgiving in the US).
Approximalely: 2-3h
Call on Dec 1 (Mon):
This would be the call for making the final decisions about which talks to accept/reject. We can discuss open topics and the balance of the program.
Approximately: 1-1,5h
I think we can forget about a getting-sorted-call on Nov 18 or so.
