Sorry for not being explicit about this upfront.
Please do not vote for your own talks.
If necessary, we can always discuss PC member talks in our calls.
We can and will discuss individual talks in our calls anyway - and that should work just fine for PC member talks as well.
In addition to that, please be careful when voting for talks from other members of your company. I will not vote for those talks, but that is not a strict rule. If you feel comfortable voting for those talks, that is totally fine with me.
