This should be fixed now, there was a change with the drupal views
7.x-3.8 module that broke the pagination when Global: PHP field is
being used. I am using Global: PHP field to print out the standard deviation column. Also, I was using views 7.x-3.7 on my local environment instead of 7.x-3.8 while I was working on this feature.
