[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Idea for next year

This year I really liked the idea of theme days because they help 
promote content more easily and probably help someone trying to attend 
the conference.
Since we can't create as many of these days as we have projects / 
technologies; I'm wondering if we should create tracks that group talks 
together (RCP, IDE, UI technologies, etc.). For example QCon does that:
