[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Meeting recap and next steps

Hi everyone.

As Ian S. mentioned, we are getting into the exciting time for the EclipseCon PC -- sort of like our 'End Game' if you will.

Our last meeting was great [1]! We now have all three Keynotes picked (although keep them under wraps for now until Ian is ready to make the announcement). We also made our early bird selections [2].

The next 2-3 weeks will be pretty busy. The final deadline is Monday November 18th. As usual, this means end of day in Hawaii or whatever timezone is furthest West. Our next meeting is November 21st, and ideally everyone will have voted on the talks by then. I suggest everyone starts voting now, instead of trying to leave all the talks for the last week.

We will have our (hopefully) final meeting on November 26th. Both these meeting will be at 8:30PT / 11:30ET / 5:30 CET. Add them to your calendar now.
