It's a little blurry at the resolution on gravatar, but looks nice at smaller resolutions required for things like twitter.  Let me know if you need something higher quality.

Bio:

Andrew Eisenberg works on the SpringSource tools team, creating IDEs and developer tools that programmers love. He has worked on Scripted, a smart, light-weight editor for _javascript_ and has contributed the _javascript_ type inferencing to the Orion project. Andrew has a PhD from the University of British Columbia where he researched software modularity and how it can be better applied to tools and languages.
