Hi Jonas,

The PC felt that if we had feedback
on how to improve a proposal, it was best to give that feedback earlier
in the process while there was still time to revise it. In this case there
was nothing wrong with the proposal. We simply had far more proposals than
we had room to accept, and there were several proposed talks and tutorials
on Eclipse 4 migration in particular. Your tutorial on this subject was
accepted but there wasn't enough room for your talk as well.
