[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Wait list talks

As we discussed in the last call, we are
going to create a short waiting list of three talks that can be used to
fill in for late cancelations. We still have to work out the details of
how late they might be asked to fill in, etc. But from a PC perspective,
we just need to pick three talks we liked that didn't make the cut. Here
are three candidates that are ranked near the top of our list that didn't
get selected. One nice attribute is that I think all three are speakers
who are planning to attend the conference anyway, so they won't have to
worry about whether to make last minute travel arrangements.
