Just to keep everyone in the loop, I have added the BIRT "big data" talk that we discussed yesterday. Based on your review the vote went up a lot. I swapped out another tools talk so there is no effect in other categories:

  -> As a build talk this should really have been in ALM. I offered it to the ALM track but they already have a good selection of talks in this area so it is not a big loss for the program.
