I'm doubtful we'll be able to find another
time slot where all of us are available. I'm tempted to leave it alone,
and there is another call later in the week you can hopefully join. I will
try to summarize everything on the mailing list and maybe there is some
discussion we can do on the list, especially for the modeling track. I
am planning to do an initial draft of accepted talks based on current votes
over the weekend. If you have some time earlier on Monday can you please
review those and let me/us know if we are forgetting something important?

Hi,

I'm embarrassed, I just realized I'm going to have a conflict for the next
call and I can't possible connect on Monday. Would that be possible to
re-schedule the call ? on Tuesday ? or even this Friday if sooner would
be better ?

read it. There is important information in there about the selection process
and timing. Our next call will be on November 26th, at which point our
first round of voting should be done. But of course you already knew that,
because you read the minutes from the call, right?
