[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Draft early bird list

Thanks to everyone for getting their early
bird picks in ahead of schedule. I combined all your lists and the following
five came out as obvious choices:

There was a sixth talk with three votes
("you're not failing fast enough"), but in discussion with Ian
we felt it was a better fit in the Agile ALM track. If you have strong
objections or comments/concerns about the list please respond here by mid-day
Monday. For your reference, and so you can triple check that I didn't make
mistakes transcribing, you can see the full list of PC early bird picks

 I actually liked nearly all the
picks in this list - there is some really cool stuff submitted and it's
already shaping up to be a great conference.
