Lars,
I think your comments were very helpful. I did another draft of the CfP to
hopefully make things clearer.
I removed the term 'theme'. I'd love to get to one theme for the conference
but it always seems to be a challenge to have something meaningful but not
exclude a large part of the community.
Btw, I have moved the document to google docs so hopefully it is easier to

a good explanation, thanks.
If I had to choice, I properly would have a (one) theme for a conference
with different tracks (categories). But don't get me wrong, the text is
absolutely ok this way and can be used; I just wanted to share my
observations.
