[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Link to older events on eclipsecon.org

Can we put some kind of link on the front of eclipsecon.org to link
back to earlier events? Someone was asking today for a link to a
session and I had to remember that I could get there with
eclipsecon.org/2012, but that doesn't help others. Perhaps a link
saying "Looking for an earlier event?"
