Well, part of the problem is calling it “Tools”. Tools is like half of what Eclipse is. A lot of talks there cross boundaries so I’m not too worried about how the allocations went.

There is an early bird DSL selection so it is actually at 10. Modelling is definitely down, but it's good that we have the modelling symposium and EMF tutorial to help balance that. For me the toughest area has been Tools/Other where we were trying to fit 125 proposals into 18 slots.  I think next year the conference needs more rooms!

With that break down, DSL currently has 9 and Modelling 6 + 1 on bubble. Neither are at 10.
