[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Minutes and last steps

Hey gang, more to inform the guys who weren’t there:

 

We managed to get to the spot where we have room for two more talks. We are marking a number of talks with both ‘in1’ and ‘bubble’. The idea is to pick two of the bubble talks to make it.

 

We have also selected the 9 tutorials (or more accurately 8 tutorials and a symposium). There is one bubble tutorial on EMF if we get a 10’th room.

 

I’d like to make the final call on Wednesday. We’ll give to the end of the day today for any additional bubble talks we should add to the list. And then ask everyone to pick their two. Send your vote here to the list. I’ll gather that and hopefully we’ll have some sort of consensus. If not, I’ll just pick what looks like the top 2.

 

And then we’ll be done. J.
