I'm still not a big fan of the Modeling Symposium taking up a 3 hr
time slot. Wasn't a fan of it last year as well. I'd rather have
the time for a tutorial like the BIRT tutorial.

But, if we
could pull the Modelling Symposium into a separate room and
squeeze in
the basic BIRT tutorial, it would be great. The symposium comes
to mind
because it likely doesn't have the same room requirements as a
tutorial...
just a big room with a microphone should do it.
I definitely think the two
"Eclipse
RT Cloud" tutorials need to be renamed so it is clear to
attendees
that they are different, and what the differences are. Maybe
Gunnar can
suggest new titles?
We should also keep an eye on the
Agile/OSGi
tutorials to make sure we don't overlap too much. The cloud and
Tycho/build
tutorials could potentially overlap content in Agile/OSGi. It
would be
nice if we could privately review accepted proposals across all
three conferences
before they become final to do a final sanity check for overlap.

Hey gang,
It appears we have nine slots for
tutorials.
I have marked 9 with ‘in1’ as a strawman.
We also have three more standard
talks
to drop to fit into 63. I’m open to ideas.
I’m sure we’ll have a lot to debate
during
today’s meeting. Reminder that it is at 12 eastern. Same number
and I’ll
send out a webex.
I’m hoping that Wed will be our last
call.
We should have everything pinned by then. Hopefully J.
