Gunnar, thanks for bringing that up. I missed a few PC calls so I'm not sure you guys talked about this, but I'm hoping PC members are adding comments to talks that they plan on declining. It really, really makes a different to submitters when the PC takes the time to do this. We made a point to do this for ECE and it was very effective. Thanks.
