Yes I am happy to make improvement on the site!
- Tom, I've made the change to the unprocessed session page. Now the
proposals are listed with the newest one first!
thanks

If you are open to taking requests, it would also help me out
if we could sort by submission order so I could easily find new
submissions as they come in ;-)

Boy, it sure would be nice if there were
navigation buttons in the voting system besides those in my
browser. ;-)

I just played around with this briefly. Some
questions/comments:
- It doesn't seem to prevent me from voting on OSGi
DevCON or Agile ALM talks. I know we aren't tasked with
picking those, but I can imagine us voting on them by
accident while going through the talk list. Is there any
way to prevent that, or will the Agile/OSGi program
committees just ignore any "PC votes" on those?
Fwiw, feel free to vote on the OSGi and Agile
ALM talks. The PC might or might not look at them.
- Is there any way for me to see what I voted for, after
the fact? Maybe I want to change my vote after seeing
another talk proposal on the same subject for example,
but might not be able to find what I voted for.
- Is there any way to see *who* voted for each talk?
Being able to see who voted would help keep us honest ;)
(e.g., voting for you own talk, voting for the wrong
program committee, etc)
- It looks like PC members can add both "public" votes
and PC votes. PC members will just need to make sure
they are using the right voting mechanism (public votes
are a link at the very bottom of the page)

OK. Chris has added the 5 star rating feature to the
submission site and made it PC only. That gives us
more granularity in the votes. Unfortunately he had to
nuke the previous votes, so if you had already voted,
sorry about that. Let’s see how this works out.
Cheers,
Doug. _______________________________________________
