I will try to remove the message since it is not useful.

All private comments are actually unpublished comments that only the PC can see. Public comments are automatically approved since you need to be an authenticated to submit a comment.

I commented on a proposal and I noticed the comment was queued for moderation. Is this really necessary, given that only authenticated users can leave comments?
